Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Insurance
All packages are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Crescent Moon Minerals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs during transit, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking and insurance information.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Customs & International Orders
