Return & Exchange Policy
At Crescent Moon Minerals, each piece is hand-selected with care. Because our items are natural and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and will always work with you if something isn’t right.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Shipping Liability
All packages are shipped with insurance; however, Crescent Moon Minerals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking and insurance information.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of crystals and small-batch inventory, we do not accept general returns or exchanges at this time. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Crescent Moon Minerals is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
